Unwind & Align

Mondays @ 6pm

During this 60min practice there will be an invitation for you to take it as restful as you would like, or build more strength. With a gentle start and a slower end it can help give you a sense of calm as we move through the start of the week. All levels welcome!

Yoga Fit

Tuesdays @ 8:30am

Thursdays @ 6:30am Starting June 5th

a dynamic, full-body practice designed to build strength, boost cardiovascular endurance, and support lean muscle development. Blending traditional Vinyasa flow with intentional, strength-focused movements and the optional use of hand weights, this class challenges both body and mind. Expect slow, targeted exercises that activate muscle groups, energizing music, and motivational guidance to keep you moving with purpose. Come ready to sweat, strengthen, and shine. A base level of fitness is recommended.

Elevate Flow

This is your perfect midweek reset. With a gentle yet empowering approach, this class blends mindful yoga flow, strength-building elements, deep stretching, and occasional pose breakdowns to help you refine your practice. Each week offers a fresh experience, giving you the opportunity to explore, evolve, and deepen your connection to movement and breath. All levels welcome.

An energizing fusion of yoga and strength training that uses light dumbbells to amplify your practice. This class sets a powerful tone for the day ahead—leaving you centered, strong, and ready to take on anything.

Fridays @ 10am Starting May 16th

Come explore the foundations of your practice in this interactive, workshop-style class designed to deepen your understanding of key poses. We’ll strip back the shapes to uncover their essential elements—focusing on alignment, strength, and the anatomy that supports safe, empowered movement. You’ll be guided through thoughtful variations, cues, and tools to help you access the full expression of each pose in a way that works for your unique body. All levels are welcome—curiosity encouraged!
