Thomas approaches yoga through the understanding that the body is a gateway to healing and human potential. A Senior Teacher of Inner Power Yoga, he has trained at the Shambhava School of Yoga & Ashram and studied Ashtanga, Anusara, trauma-informed yoga, and Viniyoga. With over 25 years of experience, he is also a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, applied anatomist, and somatic facilitator versed in Polyvagal theory, pranayama, meditation, and presence practices such as Circling and Authentic Relating.
Thomas’ classes blend dynamic movement with stillness, alignment with freedom, and philosophy with intention. Through awareness, breathwork, and mindful exploration, he guides students to embody their power, presence, and connection to all things.

In the Sanskrit language, Prana refers to the life force inside each one of us. It is the vital energy that sustains our bodies and minds.
Life can be demanding. Our yoga practice is one tool we have for increasing our own life force and stamina. In yoga, we intentionally link breath and movement to cultivate prana. This one hour class will emphasize conscious breathing and focused movement, to build positive and sustaining energy inside ourselves. Come stretch and move and breathe fully!
