Soundbath -With Kirsta Phelps

Kirsta completed her sound healing training back in 2020. Prior to that she began her energy work through the healing of reiki and got certified back in 2011. Kirsta is also a 200hr Christian Certified Yoga Teacher, and continues the art of vibration through vocal training.

During this 60min sound bath you will be immersing your body in a pool of vibration. Each individual instrument has the power to heal the body, mind and spirit. You will be left feeling closer to a higher power, centered in your authentic voice and inquisitive to know more...
