Cultivating Prana
In the Sanskrit language, Prana refers to the life force inside each one of us. It is the vital energy that sustains our bodies and minds.
Life can be demanding. Our yoga practice is one tool we have for increasing our own life force and stamina. In yoga, we intentionally link breath and movement to cultivate prana. This one hour class will emphasize conscious breathing and focused movement, to build positive and sustaining energy inside ourselves. Come stretch and move and breathe fully!
