Yoga Fit

Tuesdays @ 8:30am

A dynamic, full-body practice designed to build strength, boost cardiovascular endurance, and support lean muscle development. Blending traditional Vinyasa flow with intentional, strength-focused movements with the use of hand weights, this class challenges both body and mind. Expect targeted exercises that activate muscle groups, energizing music, and motivational guidance to keep you moving with purpose. Come ready to sweat, strengthen, and shine. A base level of fitness is recommended.

Unwind & Align

Mondays @ 6pm

During this 60min practice there will be an invitation for you to take it as restful as you would like, or build more strength. With a gentle start and a slower end it can help give you a sense of calm as we move through the start of the week. All levels welcome!

Elevate Flow

Wednesdays @ 8:30am

This is your perfect midweek reset. With a gentle yet empowering approach, this class blends mindful yoga flow, strength-building elements, deep stretching, and occasional pose breakdowns to help you refine your practice. Each week offers a fresh experience, giving you the opportunity to explore, evolve, and deepen your connection to movement and breath. All levels welcome.

Yoga Sculpt

Mondays @ 6am

An energizing fusion of yoga and strength training that uses light dumbbells to amplify your practice. Flow through dynamic sequences while building muscle, boosting endurance, and increasing mobility. This full-body workout blends mindful movement with powerful sculpting for a balanced, sweat-worthy experience. A base level of fitness is recommended.

You’ll move through a refreshing blend of slow-flow sequences, mindful breath movement connection, and uplifting stretches that ease you into the day with clarity and vitality.

Flow & Sculpt

Flow & Sculpt blends the fluidity of vinyasa with the strength-building intensity of body weight exercises. In this energizing class, you’ll move through dynamic yoga sequences that build heat, improve mobility, and connect breath with movement.
